Hope Meadows was established in 1994 as a community to help families with foster or adoptive children succeed by having retirees and elders provide the necessary knowledge and support to help these families succeed.
Hope Meadows puts into action the belief that people of all ages and abilities are valuable in addressing the needs of vulnerable groups. It is designed to bring people together to form bonds of friendship and family and enjoy a culture of kindness, helpfulness and generosity.
Hope Meadow's mission is a simple one: create a diverse, inter-generational neighborhood to support families of foster and adoptive children. These children and their families can find a place to call home while the retirees and elders find real purpose and meaning in their everyday life.
